This week in the Lions Guide Library, I posted a lesson about the 9th Discipline of Self-Leadership: Reflect and Adjust. In this video, we discuss the discipline of analyzing our performance and making adjustments to improve our efficient & results. We set the tone as to why this is important, how to go about it, and when to do it. I also do an intro to the OODA Loop. And, as always leave you with thought provoking worksheet for you to dive into the topic further as relates to your current goals and performance.

Lions Guide Podcast Release - Always in Pursuit with Mike Burke

Mike has served in the United States Army for 23 Years. 16 years of which was in Special Operations, specifically the 75th Ranger Regiment. 14 Deployments with this amazing unit. He was the 33rd Regimental of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment and currently serving as 1st Security Forces Assistance Brigade’s Command Sgt Major at Fort Benning, GA. Mike has his master’s degree in organizational leadership from Excelsior College. He is the founder and former host of Kill Tank Radio, and a regular Contributor to From the Green Notebook site & podcast.

Mike is also the Founder and Co-owner of Always in Pursuit with Sarah N. Burke, his wife of 8 years.

On this episode, we discuss Mike’s story of leadership and high performance, and the lessons he's learned in his journey.

Preview of Lions Guide Community and Groups

I'm really excited to say that I'm in the process of releasing officially the Lion's Guide private membership community known as The Pride. Members of the pride will have access to live coaching events on personal development, leadership, a book club, and other topics to growth.
