This week in the Lions Guide Library, I have released a session on the discipline of Getting Prepared. Get Prepared is the 7th of my 10 Disciplines of Self-Leadership. In this session, I talk about the 5 benefits of establishing the habit of getting prepared. As always I leave you with worksheet to further your thought development on ways that you could be more prepared to execute efficiently.

Lions Guide Podcast Release - The Veteran Advantage with Tom Amenta

Releasing this week is my podcast episode with Tom Amenta. Tom is a former member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, and serial entrepreneur. He is a founder of Ranger Up, a pioneer in the Veteran lifestyle apparel category and helped produce Range 15, the first fully veteran Hollywood movie. A passionate advocate for veteran entrepreneurship and assisting veterans in transition as a way to continue to serve the community. He is currently the Chief Development Officer of United Valor and the author of their first project, the Twenty Year War, a coffee table portrait book chronicling 71 unique veteran experiences over the course of the Global War on Terror.

Military veterans are often considered high performers. In this episode, Tom & I discuss the habits and disciplines that give veterans a performance advantage, so that you might learn some insights to up your game.
