June is here!  Where did the time go?  Do you know?  This week on Lions Guide we dive into the philosophy of a life of leadership.  One thing that is key to the success of a leader is having a strategic plan for the days, weeks, months, and years ahead.  Here now in the last month of the first half of this year is a great time to pick our heads up, look at our desired outcomes for the second half of 2021, and get a plan together on how we are going to achieve the results we want. 

I promise by December, the second half of 2021 will have passed by as fast as the first.  Block time on your calendar to get your plans in order to win your year!

This week on the Lions Guide Podcast, Dale hosts long time friend, business partner, and fellow Marine Corps veteran Duane Wagner.   Duane  is currently an Investor and real-estate entrepreneur serving as a leader in providing affordable housing in the greater Houston area as well as conducting the remodel and sales of residential real-estate.  Prior to real-estate, Duane enlisted in the Unites States Marine Corps.  After his military service Duane served as an IT Executive for nearly 20 years.  On this episode, learn about Duane's transition into the 5am club (getting up early), entrepreneurship, and more.
