Dale Walls - Founder

Dale has been on a life-long path in leadership and organizational management.  Following an honorable U.S. Marine Corps enlistment, he returned his small-town home where he founded an IT Service Company (Corsica Technologies) that grew to be one of the best in class in the United States.  After nearly two decades of growing Corsica to eight-figure revenues and making multiple acquisitions, Dale sold the company and today manages a number of other businesses and assets.  As a Lions Guide Contributor, he fulfills his passion to help others learn how to lead and execute with excellence so they might achieve their own personal and professional goals.

Keith "Flip" Griffin - Co-Founder, Managing Director

Flip served 23+ distinguished years in the Navy Search & Rescue Medical world, pinnacling at the highest level:  Command Master Chief (E9). During that time, he most enjoyed leading high-performing teams on worldwide deployments to combat zones and disaster areas during humanitarian and rescue operations. He has a passion for leadership and teaching. Raised by teachers, his passion is being able to relate and help people develop the leader in themselves and their teams. He is a veracious reader of all things and is now currently working on his own books: an autobiography about the Search and Rescue life, a leadership book, and a sci-fi space thriller. Flip relishes being the best husband he can to his beautiful wife of 22 years, and the best Dad in the world to their three beautiful children.

Zach Morel - Innovation & Improvement Director

Zach’s career is defined by perseverance, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement. With a background in healthcare, manufacturing, and a degree in Organizational Leadership, he has dedicated years to helping others grow and improve both physically and mentally. His journey has taken him through roles where he quickly advanced, contributing to team improvement and safety initiatives. Today, Zach channels his dedication into fostering effective leadership, continuously improving processes, leading innovation, and empowering others to achieve their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his fantastic wife of 16 years and their two extraordinary daughters. An outdoor enthusiast, he loves to fish, hike, bike, kayak, and rock climb, embracing every challenge that fuels his adventurous spirit.

Nadine Albrecht - Content Director

Nadine is an 11 Year Army Veteran who followed her time in service by committing to making her community a better place. Nadine has spent the last 20 years providing personal and professional development training to numerous organizations with a focus on Resiliency and Leadership. She also gives back by volunteering with numerous organizations such as President and Head Coach with the Waynesville Tiger Wrestling Club, the Waynesville-St, Robert Chamber, the Fort Leonard Wood USO, Pulaski County COAD and most recently adding Chapter Captain of the local Team RWB. Nadine and her family have a great sense to give back to the communities they have been blessed to live throughout their time in the Army. She and her husband, married for 28 years, are proud of their expanding family, which includes their three sons, their spouses, and a grandson. If she isn’t being bossed around by her grandson, cooking for family and friends, or volunteering for a local organization, you can probably find her at the gym or on a run, as she recently discovered a love for challenging herself through various types of workouts.

Jason Thibodeaux - Affiliate Director & Community Manager 

Jason spent over 32 distinguished years serving in the Naval Aviation, Surface, Medical and Information Forces, achieving the prestigious rank of Command Master Chief (E9). Jason thrived at leading high-performing teams, but his true passion lies in leadership and mentoring, a trait he attributes to being raised through his Southern Louisiana roots. He finds great joy in helping individuals develop their leadership skills and foster a strong sense of teamwork. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jason takes immense pride in being a devoted husband to his wife of six years and a supportive stepfather to their two sons and two grandchildren. Whether enjoying watching films, playing golf, or fishing, Jason's greatest source of happiness and fulfillment comes from the love and harmony within his family.
